Press Release: Doodle launches Google Apps and Outlook integration

Self-determined and efficient scheduling

Democracy at work: Doodle launches Google Apps and full Outlook integration

ZURICH, Nov 10, 2010 — Doodle, the world’s leading online scheduling service, announced its presence in the Google Apps Marketplace and the release of the full version of the Outlook Connector today. The seamless integration gives millions of professionals more self-determination at work and saves time and nerves with simple and intelligent communication technology.

Doodle hits the Google Apps Marketplace

Today more than three million businesses run Google Apps. Doodle is now available to all of those users. Professionals can connect their calendar and address book with a click in the “Universal Toolbar” and have it available for scheduling with Doodle. The single sign-on replaces the need for an additional MyDoodle account.

Outlook users fully connected

Microsoft Outlook users now have access to the full Outlook Connector. This plugin grants direct access to Doodle from Outlook and integrates the calendar, address book, and distribution lists.

Make your company more Swiss!

“Providing integration through Google Apps and Microsoft Outlook are steps that we’re taking to bring Doodle even further into the business world,” said Doodle’s CEO, Michael Näf. “These integrations are free for users and bring a lot of economic benefits. It’s all about a genuine Swiss principle: give people the right to vote, but don’t make them spend the whole day with it.”
