Introducing Doodle 1:1

Doodle 1:1 is your easy solution for one-on-one meetings

Today, Doodle is proud to announce the newest business tool in our family: Doodle 1:1! Doodle has always been the best way to schedule meetings with groups, and now, we’re introducing the ultimate solution to set up one-on-one meetings. Whether it’s a sales meeting, interview, or business lunch, with Doodle 1:1 you can schedule a meeting in only two steps, cutting down the usual back and forth. Doodle has a suite of tools for organizing every kind of meeting, and Doodle 1:1 happens to be the latest and greatest – especially when you see how much time you’ll save!

All you have to do is send a link with possible meeting times, your participant chooses one, and it’s booked in your calendars! Whether it’s a colleague from within your organization or an external client, Doodle 1:1 takes only 2 steps to set up your one-on-one meeting. You’ll save time planning your meetings and still maintain control over your schedule. Like all Doodle products, this tool integrates seamlessly with your calendar to keep you organized. If one of your proposed time slots gets booked while the invitation is pending, Doodle 1:1 will automatically update the options. No double booking – we’ve got this!

This latest product comes from our Doodle lab, and we’d like to thank all of the beta users for helping us create Doodle 1:1. We couldn’t have done it without you!

  1. I love this option and started instantly but..
    1/How can I edit the 1:1 i created? and
2/ the invite link goes back to the “invite” window.
I hoped to use this feature today…

    • Hi there! If you open the link in a private browser window you should see what the person you want to meet will see. They choose a time from your proposed options and the meeting is booked! They’ll then get a calendar invite in their email. 🙂 The feature is now in open beta, editing invites coming soon!

  2. I need a tool to schedule 1:1 meeting with fourteen people. The current 1:1 setup doesn’t allow this which is a pity.

    • Stay tuned. This feature is planned and coming up! Thanks for the interest and please feel free to try it out and submit any feedback you like. 🙂

Can you send the doodle 1:1 link to multiple participants each needing to schedule a meeting?

This is an amazing new future. If I send the same link to 5 different people will work just for the first one. Can it make unavailable the option selected by the first person but still keep active the link and rest of the option for the rest ?

    • This feature is coming up soon. The beta version of Doodle 1:1 is for scheduling one on one meetings quickly and easily. Suggest some time options and your (one) participant chooses one. The next step is Doodle 1:many 1’s. 🙂 I’ll pass on your interest to our product team.

I like this feature, and I’m wondering if I can use it to schedule a series of 1:1 meetings with a group of people. I have 15 people in a program, and I’d like to schedule a 1:1 with each of them. If I create a Doodle 1:1 and send them each the same link will they be able to book a time with me without precluding others doing the same?
