How to stick to your ‘Get Fit’ New Year resolution

After overindulging over the Christmas period and enjoying one too many mince-pies, it’s traditional to turn our attention to New Year resolutions. “Get in shape” and “do more exercise” are ubiquitous New Year’s resolutions. Making fitness resolutions is the easy bit. How do you make them stick?
