I have to agree with simontarr. My experience with iCal is far below "reasonably well" it simply does not sync beyond the initial sync. My Premium trial just expired and honestly I'm waiting for the iCal connector upgrade to see if the upgrade is worth the money. I'd love to use it, but at this state it simply doesn't work. Waiting a bit impatiently for the upgrade.

The absolute nº 1 killer feature of Doodle is that you don't need to register to use it. Ironically this makes you actually want to register because you get the feeling they don't try to trick you into giving them your personal data and don't want to miss out on the extra-features.

We have this on the general wishlist and will come with a paid version that includes it.
This is good, and I appreciate that you are public in acknowledging this need. Unfortunately I purchased the premium version almost a year ago for the calendar sync, which for me has been iCal. And it has been, quite frankly, not up to snuff. "Reasonably well," as you put it, is on the money, but I don't appreciate the fact that I paid for a year of it and only now are you folks really going to address it. I pretty much stopped using it many months ago, and I'm not willing to pony up for another year on the off-chance that it *might* get better. It's a bummer, because the other options suck too. But they suck about the same and I'm not out another 40 bucks.

It's the same entry point that all Apple applications use (iCal, Outlook Connector, iPhone), so it is as stable as you can get. You are right that is it not officially supported, but I doubt you will get anything else in the near term.

Thanks, Filip.

But there are no official iCal Calendar APIs yet, right? We are waiting for something stable (with a commitment from Apple) such as the iCloud Storage APIs in order not to have to deal with (and suffer from) a moving target.
