As from today, you can create a new MyDoodle account by using the most popular third-party logins: Google, Yahoo, Facebook and the generic OpenID. Choosing one of those when signing in, and after verifying your ID, Doodle will automatically create your account. The password of the third-party providers are not passed on to Doodle – and you skip making up one more login and password. If you already have a MyDoodle account based on the same email address as the third-party login, Doodle will recognize this and merge both accounts.
Email-Groups are now supported by Doodle too: when inviting participants via Doodle (this gives personalized participation links that can’t be changed by others and this gives the posibility of tracking and reminding for premium users) you can now use the same groups that you’ve defined in your address book (today only Google users, by the end of October also for Outlook users).
Finally, Doodle is getting more social. We introduced more possibilities on Doodle.com for you to share your scheduling successes on Facebook, Twitter, or via email. Help us spreading the word!

Thanks for your questions!
We don’t plan to add Gravatar support yet (even though it’s from our friends at Automattic).
As for Google/OpenID, why would you want that? You can log in by explicitly choosing Google as your provider.

How does Doodle work when you use a generic address to which you send the invitation?
Everybody within the generic address will receive the same link? Can Doodle manage multiple connection on this link by different end users?
thank you

When you send an invitation to a generic address (mailing list), make
sure NOT to check the “I would like to track whom I have invited and
who is still missing.” box so that the link in the invitation is also
generic. (Otherwise, one personalized link would be sent to many
recipients.)
